Integrated Livelihood Promotion (JTDS / JTELP)

Overview

The Integrated Livelihood Promotion program represents our most comprehensive economic empowerment initiative. By combining agricultural development, livestock support, water resource management, and community organization, we create sustainable pathways out of poverty.

Key Interventions

• Formation of 167 GSPEC (Gram Panchayat Samuhik Evam Parivartan Committee)
• Organization of 228 Self Help Groups (SHGs) and support groups
• Construction of 62 Wells, 66 Shallow Wells, and 59 Ponds
• Distribution of livestock units to 22,000 families
• Training on modern agricultural techniques and value chain development
• Facilitation of market linkages and financial services

Impact & Outcomes

• Over 31,623 families enhanced their average annual income
• Income increased from Rs. 24,000 to Rs. 48,000 (100% increase)
• Agricultural practices expanded from 6,300 HA to 9,300 HA
• Improved food security for thousands of households
• Enhanced access to credit and financial services through SHGs
• Created sustainable employment opportunities in rural areas
